Delete your SamaTask account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time: in the app, on the website, or by writing to us. This page applies to the SamaTask Android app and samatask.com.

In the app

1. Open the SamaTask app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap "Delete account".
4. Enter your password (or your email, if you signed in with Google) and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at samatask.com.
2. Open Settings, then "Delete account".
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in? Ask us to do it

Write to :email from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will check that it is you, then delete the account within a few working days.

Before you delete

- Withdraw the earnings in your wallet. Deletion is blocked until you do.
- Stop your running campaigns (unused money returns to your balance).
- Finish or give up any task you are holding, and wait for pending withdrawals to complete.
- Unused ad balance is lost; you are asked to accept that before deleting.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number, profile, connected social accounts, screenshots and support messages are erased permanently. This cannot be undone.

What we keep

Financial records (transactions, payouts and campaigns) are kept without your name for the period required by accounting and tax law.
